Sous Chef
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy catering team in Rolleston.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, help deliver high-quality food across a wide range of events, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety and pace of catering.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and delivering quality food for catering events
Supporting kitchen operations and service delivery
Assisting with menu preparation, stock control, and food production
Maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and food safety
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Working closely with the wider team to ensure successful events
What You'll Bring
Previous Sous Chef or similar experience
Catering or commercial kitchen experience
Strong organisation and time management skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Excellent food safety knowledge and attention to detail
