Recruitment Contractor

Recruitment work is already here. We need someone to own it.
Our HR business has grown fast, and our clients keep asking us the same question: "Can you recruit for us too?"
The answer: Yes!
The problem: Too much recruitment has come in for us to handle, and its not stopping!
The solution: An epic new recruitment person.
We're looking for an experienced recruiter who wants more than just filling jobs. You'll take ownership of our recruitment offering, work alongside the Director and current HR Team to help grow the service that's already in demand. The clients are here, the systems are ready, and the opportunities keep coming.
What you'll be doing
You'll spend your time doing what great recruiters do best:
Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
Writing engaging job ads.
Sourcing and engaging quality candidates.
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting.
Managing client and candidate relationships.
Completing pre-employment checks.
Improving our recruitment services as we grow.
Working with the Director to expand our recruitment offering.
The HR team takes care of employment agreements, onboarding and HR compliance, so you can stay focused on finding great people and expanding our client base.
About you
You'll probably have:
Recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Great communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with plenty of initiative.
Confidence working independently.
A genuine passion for matching great people with great businesses.
A love for both people and sales.
A great sense of humour—we're a fun team who love a laugh, enjoy a bit of cheeky banter, and occasionally celebrate with a Friday wine.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy rolling up your sleeves, spotting opportunities and helping grow something exciting.
